Can I bring food or drink in with me?
With several great food and beverage options in Motion Entertainment, no outdoor food or beverages are to be brought into the building.
Bring in your own water bottle and then check out Motion Cafe for tasty options to keep you fueled for more fun.

What are your opening hours?
We are open 7 days a week, 10am to 10pm because fun hardly ever sleeps!
We are open Public Holidays and School Holidays with only a couple of exclusions as below;
24 Dec 10am - 7pm
25 Dec CLOSED
26 Dec 12pm - 10pm
31 Dec 10am - 7pm
1 Jan 12pm - 10pm

What ages apply for your different ticket types?
Adults are 16 years of age and over.
Children are 15 years of age and under.
Some attractions have Mini ticket types which apply to children under the age of 5 years.

How old do my kids need to be to come into Motion Entertainment on their own?
All children aged 13 years and younger must be supervised by an Adult who is over 18 years old.

Is there a dress code?
Fun is for everyone! We only ask that no dirty gumboots are worn inside the building and no patches or gang paraphernalia is to be worn.
Some attractions will require covered shoes or Motion Grip Socks to be worn - Motion Grip Socks are available to purchase from the ticket desk.

Are their packages or deals for doing multiple attractions?

Do you host group functions and work events?
We really are a one stop shop. Christmas parties, work functions, team building activities, stag parties, birthday parties, corporate meetings, you name it!
With state of the art, sound proof function rooms on our mezzanine floor overlooking the action below the options are truly endless.

What happens if I need to change or cancel my booking?
General Booking Refund Conditions:
- Refunds can be issued up to 36 hours before the date of the booking less our set
administration fee of 10% of the total booking value. - No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 36 hours before the booked time.
- If a refund is requested within 36 hours it is at the discretion of the Motion Entertainment
Manager to reschedule the booking for another suitable time without additional charge. - Valid refund requests must be made via email to [email protected]
within the refund eligibility criteria. - Failure to arrive at your booking without advising Motion Entertainment staff within the refund
eligibility time frame will not be eligible for a refund. - A full refund or credit will be issued in the case of operator cancellation due to Covid-19
restrictions.
Group Booking Refund Conditions:
- Attraction bookings may be cancelled if the group is more than 15 minutes late to the
designated attraction area and no refund is available. - Cancellation can be made up to 7 days in advance of the group booking time and date,
however the deposit is non-refundable. - Transfer: subject to availability your booking may be able to be transferred to another date
within 60 days of the original booking date, if we receive your transfer request before the 7
day notice period. - A full refund or credit will be issued in the case of operator cancellation due to Covid-19
restrictions. - Failure to arrive at your booking without advising Motion Entertainment staff within the refund
eligibility time frame will not be eligible for a refund.

Can I purchase tickets online?
Of Course, head to the attraction page you would like to book online and there will be a checkout for you to select which products you would like to purchase.

Do you have birthday party packages?
Motion Entertainment is the ONLY place to PARTY!
Fun is number one and we definitely know how to throw a party. With 11 epic birthday party packages, all loaded with MASSIVE value, the birthday child plays for FREE and brings along 5 friends - what's not to love?
Add on party food or your own private party room and we have it all taken care of.

Do you have party rooms?
We have several different room hire options. Some party packages include a party room or private party space and you can also choose to add on a party room to your party package if you wish.
For a grand party we also have function rooms available for hire on our mezzanine floor that can hold up to 150 people.

Can we bring in a birthday cake?
Yes! It's not a party without cake, you can order your own Motion customized chocolate birthday cake! Or feel free to bring in your birthday cake and Motion Cafe can always store it in the fridge for you - no charge.

Keeping tummies happy is all part of it and we have a great range of meal options for your party tribe.

How many people can I have in my party group?
More people means more fun! Our birthday party packages are designed for the birthday child who plays for FREE and 5 friends. A total of 6 children for the party package price advertised.
Additional party guests can be added at an exceptional value price also, only limited by the attraction availability we have at your date and time requested.

We are the BEST place to book a function!
With so many options under our roof we can host your work event, social event, corporate function, conference, Christmas Party, awards evening, wedding - we really can do it all!

Can I do my own catering for my event?
No outdoor food or beverage is to be brought in to Motion Entertainment because Motion Cafe has a fantastic range of catering options.

How long is Hologate VR?
Each game is approximately 7 minutes long. One entry entitles the player to experience one game. With four to choose from you may need to book multiple!

Can I bring in my own food?

Do you have a birthday party menu?
Yes, blow out your candles and enjoy a birthday feast in the best place to party! Party platters perfect for kids party groups or individual meals, the choice is always yours. Order a Motion birthday cake or bring in your own, it’s not a party without cake!

Do you serve alcoholic beverages?
There are licensed areas in Motion Entertainment for you to be able to enjoy an alcoholic beverage. A great range of alcoholic beverages can be purchased from Strikezone and consumed in the tenpin bowling and cafe seating area. If you are enjoying a private function on our mezzanine floor this area is also licensed.
Vortex Ninja Park

Are there any age limits or restrictions?
The Vortex Ninja Park is for ages 5 and above.
There are Motion Mini Passes to accommodate for our under 5's during specifically allocated time periods only.
Please be aware that specific height (110cm-190cm) and weight (20kgs-100kgs) requirements are in place for harnessed activities.
The weight limit for the remaining area of the Ninja Park is set at a maximum of 100kg.

Are socks required?
For the safety and comfort of all Vortex customers (including adults supervising under 5's), Motion Entertainment requires everyone to wear our Motion grip socks. You can either purchase a new pair or bring back previously bought Motion grip socks. These grip socks are designed to enhance traction on the course, significantly lowering the risk of injury. They also help prevent foot infections, reduce friction for added comfort, and meet our Health, Safety and Hygiene requirements.
Wearing our grip socks is a mandatory part of our safety protocol.
Motion grip socks cost just $4.00 and are yours to keep and reuse—a great keepsake from your visit!
Xtreme Air Tramp Park

Are there any age limits or restrictions?
The Tramp Park has a limit of 110kgs but any age can participate!
